I was driving to a meeting…

…. a couple of weeks ago when I saw the brightest rainbow I think I have ever seen.  Luckily I was in a traffic jam so was able to take a grainy picture with the mobile phone.

Normally when you see a rainbow you can get nowhere near the ends, which is why I’ve never been able to see the Leprechaun, let alone catch him.

As I approached this rainbow it was right in the middle of the carriageway on the opposite side.  Cars were driving through it.  Nobody was swerving to avoid the Leprechaun however

As I drew closer to where it was it shifted of course.  All that was left was a nasty green stain where the Leprechaun had been, and no crock of gold.
