… Consists of another dry cheese sandwich on white bread, no yoghurt this time. What a healthy diet. Seeing my gorgeous wife and my kids perked me up for a while but felt worn out when they had gone. I had another little sleep. Feel a bit like rip van winkle. I’ve had enough now. [...]

had the blood tests and they came back negative which indicates that it was not a cardiac episode. I don’t know if that will make a difference to the ongoing treatment, the cardiologist this morning seemed pretty definite that that would be required. Just had lunch. Cheese sandwich and a yoghurt. masterchef it aint.
just seen the cardiologist. He’s not sure yet whether it was a cardiac episode so he will treat it as such. They have taken several ecg tests and one of them shows some abnormalities. It could be that a piece of aque passed through and there is nothing to worry about. What next is lots [...]
i don’t want a night like that again. I started getting chest pains yesterday evening at about 7 ish. They steadily got worse as the evening went on and tool some indigestion relief at 9. This did nothing to ease the pain. I was up at midnight in lots of pain. More indigestion relief and [...]

View Larger Map When out for my run this morning I ran past this house. You can’t see it from the track but it looks impressive from the air. It was taken over by pilots in the war according to this BBC article called Extracts from a War time childhood in Ringwood.
The cut off point for obesity is 30. I come in at 29.9. Hurrah, I’m not obese – but if i’d calculated it last week i could well have been. I’m not bothered though. I know that the using BMI as a calculation of obesity is flawed. I am reasonably fit and can run for [...]
Had a great run this morning. It’s nice to get back out into the forest again in the morning. Now that the mornings are getting lighter I can see where I am going. Always a bonus. It was a morning of layers, layers of clothing to ward off the nip in the air and layers [...]
