Ate too much yesterday…
… in order to hit my target weight of less than 12 stone (168 lbs) by Christmas, my diet program, Diet and Exercise assistant, desktop has calculated that I need to eat 646
calories less per day than I burn. Easily achievable I think. Now yesterday I went to the Gym in the morning and burnt 719 calories so that should have made it even easier.
However I did go over the top. here is my daily food intake
. I actually ended up with a difference of 623 calories so I was exactly 23 calories out. Now the reason for the difference could have been the doughnut at 299 calories, or the red wine at 89 calories, it could even have been the kettle chips at 193 calories. But when i do analyse my food intake carefully I think it is most likely to have been the fault of the apple as at 58 calories is closest to the difference. There’s no other option, I’m going to have to give up fruit (for any nutritionist that happens to stumble across this, I am joking)
